Cash or Check with proper I.D. Day of Sale.

Personal and Company Check must be accompanied by bank letter of credit unless known by Creed Auction Service.

All items sold "As is - Where is" on the personal inspection of the purchaser.

Sales tax collected on any items required by Oklahoma Tax Laws, unless you have a copy of tax permit.

We have the right to refuse anyone or anything . Not responsible for accidents or items.
